At Core Compassion, we understand that true empowerment comes not from charity alone, but from creating opportunities for people to stand on their own feet. Our Small Business & Employment Support initiatives are focused on building self-reliance, dignity, and economic stability—especially among the underserved, the unemployed, and those eager to improve their future.
We start by generating opportunities for small businesses and home-based entrepreneurs. Many of our beneficiaries—especially women and youth—have strong ideas and skills but lack direction or resources. We help bridge that gap with personalized mentoring, funding, and training. From street vendors to digital start-ups, we help small ventures become sustainable, income-generating pathways.
Recognizing the digital revolution, our E-Skilling program equips people with practical tech skills that enhance employability. These range from basic computer literacy to advanced areas like social media, online freelancing, and e-commerce. We make sure the training is tailored, accessible, and relevant to the evolving job market.
Our Education support system ensures that lack of formal schooling doesn’t hold anyone back. From school tuition support for children to vocational courses for adults, we believe in lifelong learning as a foundation for personal growth. Vocational courses in tailoring, carpentry, beauty services, and computer skills have helped many begin their journey toward independence.
To bring it all together, our Job Assistance program connects skilled individuals with employment opportunities that align with their potential. We offer job-readiness training, conduct job fairs, and partner with industries to place candidates in meaningful roles. For many, this is their first formal job—and a crucial turning point in their lives.
At Core Compassion, we don’t just support livelihoods—we create them. By combining training, opportunity, and encouragement, we help people dream bigger, work smarter, and live with purpose.
